Please Read the following precautions carefully before submitting your customer supplied garments for embroidery.
ALL Garments should be removed from their packing and inspected for defects, stains or any flaws.
While we are happy to embroider on garments you supply, YOU as the customer assume all liability for any items that sustain machine or other damage while in our shop. We will not replace your garments if this occurs.
Special Request or Rush Orders
Please contact us to see if your order can be fit into a rushed production schedule. Lead time can vary from two to six weeks. However to accommodate your deadlines and process Rush orders there will be a surcharge of 15% to 25% based on the number of items purchased.
Shipping charges are separate.
Allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery.
Minimum orders only apply if supplier required.
